So the turkey and the leftovers have been devoured, most of the relatives have gone home and now we are turning our attention to the next holiday gathering. Chanukah or Christmas is the next family and friends love fest on the calendar. As always, holidays are about love and celebration. It’s another opportunity for a ceremony of light. I have a menorah gifted to me by a friend and a lighted tree as I love ceremonies with light and candles! I often light candles in prayer and ceremony on non-holiday occasions as well.
In the hustle and bustle of the busy holiday season, it’s easy to lose sight of what we are really celebrating… the light and divinity in each of us gifted to us by God to create more love and union.
Holidays are also about blessings so I am including a healing prayer and blessing for you in this love letter to your inbox.
